Orsay Physics is a world leader in the field of customised focussed ion/electron beam design and production.
Orsay Physics has developed more than 10 FIB designs, including the well-known Cobra-FIB column, the unique FIB having an ultimate resolution below 2,5nm.
We also offer UHV focussed electron beam columns, dedicated to surface analysis systems.
The new e-CLIPSE Plus column, is designed to reach sub-4nm spot size with a fully electrostatic optics. The current dynamic range is suited both for local imaging and surface analysis involving low- and medium-energy electrons.
